What exactly do you do?

We help local Arizona businesses get found by the people already searching for them — and make sure the phone gets answered when they call. In plain terms, that’s your Google Business Profile, your reviews, and your website, all working together to turn searches into paying customers.

How are you different from the other marketers who call me?

Most reach out to pitch you. We start by actually looking at your Google listing and writing up what’s costing you calls — you can get that free marketing report whether or not you ever work with us.

How long until I see results?

Listing fixes show up in a couple of weeks. Reviews build over a couple of months. Website pages take about ninety days to really settle in. Anyone promising you page one in thirty days is selling you something.

Can you guarantee I’ll be number one on Google?

No — and honestly, no one can. Google doesn’t sell rankings, and advertising a “guaranteed #1” is against their rules. What we do guarantee is that the work gets done and you see exactly what changed, either way.

I already have a website (my nephew built it).

Great — then we may not need to touch it. Most of the opportunity for a local business is usually in the Google listing anyway. We’ll tell you honestly if the site is holding you back, and we’re not here to make work for ourselves.

I get all my work from word of mouth.

That’s the best kind of business there is. Here’s the thing, though: when someone refers you, the first thing that person does is look you up. Word of mouth still has to survive a Google search — we make sure what they find backs up the referral.

Is there a contract?

No contracts. Cancel any time, no fee, and everything we build stays yours — your listing, your pages, all of it. It’s your business, not ours.

What do you need from me to get started?

About twenty minutes up front, then almost nothing: manager access to your Google listing, your website login if you have it, and a few answers about what you do and where. After that, we leave you alone to run your business.

Will you need my passwords?

No. Google has a proper way to add us as a manager — you stay the owner and can remove us in two clicks. It’s the same with your website when it’s set up right. You never have to hand over a password.

What if I want to stop?

You let us know and we stop. Everything we built stays yours, and we hand over access. We’ve got no interest in holding anyone hostage.

How will I know it’s working?

When the fix is done you get one page, in plain English: how many people saw you, how many tapped through, how many called, and how many new reviews came in. One page, and we’ll walk you through the first one together.

What is a Google Business Profile?

It’s the box that comes up with your stars, hours, and call button when someone Googles your business. It’s free, you already have one, and it’s the single biggest thing that decides whether you show up in the map at the top of local search.

Do you do Google Ads?

We can — but we’ll usually tell you to wait. Running ads to a listing or website that isn’t converting is renting traffic and sending it somewhere leaky. Fix the free foundation first, then we can talk about paying for more.

What about Facebook and Instagram?

Nice to have, but for most local service businesses it’s not where the customers are. Nobody scrolls Instagram looking for someone to fix a burst pipe. Your Google presence is worth far more — we’d rather get that right first.

Reviews

Why do reviews matter so much?

Two reasons. Google uses them to decide who to show, and customers use them to decide who to call. More recent, real 5-star reviews beat a bigger pile of old ones on both counts — they lift your ranking and win the click.

Can you get me more reviews?

We make it effortless to ask — a friendly text that goes out the moment a job is finished, with a one-tap link. What we won’t do is write them or buy them; that gets your listing suspended, and it’s never worth it. Real reviews, asked for the right way.

What’s all this AI stuff everyone’s talking about?

Two real things. First, people now ask AI tools like ChatGPT for a recommendation instead of searching — and those tools pick who to suggest based on your listing, reviews, and website, just like Google does. Second, there’s software that answers your phone the moment you can’t. Both are new enough that most local businesses aren’t set up for either yet — which is an opening.

Will an AI answering my phone annoy my customers?

Less than voicemail does. The alternative to a quick, friendly text-back usually isn’t a live person — it’s a few rings and then nothing. A missed call that gets a text back in seconds is one most people actually answer.
